The 470 Foundation

The 470 Foundation is a group people who believe politics in California have gotten too insular and too expensive.  Politicians have been able to rely on safe seats and corporate donations.

However, in order to hold our leaders accountable there needs to be a reasonable alternative. We strive to encourage smart, dedicated, and community minded candidates who want to make a difference.

The 470 Foundation is named after the FPPC form 470, which allows candidates to run low cost campaigns.
